Two-story colonial with garage/addition VINYL
The following is an example of a vinyl siding (Alside Charter Oak) 2-story colonial. Most colonials of this style our designed with the garage, not all have an addition.
*The traditional package includes one standard tear of pre-existing siding, dumpster/trash out always included, one layer of 3/8” fanfold insulation with foil and protect covering, installation of white or colored vinyl utility blocks for lights/meters/electrical etc, installation of Vinyl trim around windows/doors, and wall finishes, installation horizontal siding brand/color, white vinyl vented or non-vented soffit, and installation of architectural metal (white standard) over pre-existing window/door trim and around perimeter roofline fascia boards.
upgrades from a traditional package would be items such as adding PVC instead of architectural metal, adding architectural vinyl such as shingles or stone, using different patterns/colors of siding
